Blue Care management has not only refused to negotiate a new collective agreement for you, but it has also reduced the conditions of your colleagues in the field of home care more recently and has made things just as difficult for your carer colleagues. However, the challenges that blue care workers have faced over the past three years in terms of the uncertainty of their wages and conditions are just one of the reasons unions across the country have committed to changing the rules.
