The Northern Allowance is assessed on a pro-rata basis for workers who work less than full-time. In addition to the above allowances, workers (during the duration of the agreement) benefit from an increase in the Northern Allowance, in accordance with the rates of the Saskatchewan Government and the General Workers Union (GSEU) and the Public Service Commission (PSC). No worker is required or authorized to enter into a written or oral agreement with an employer representative who may be in conflict with the terms of the collective agreement. Workers who were previously subject to the SGEU/PSC and CUPE 600 collective agreements, who were granted leave prior to acquisition, continue to benefit from this leave. 1. The granting and use of this leave is carried out on the terms of the previous collective agreements. In particular, if the parties fail to reach an agreement on the designation of a position, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with Article 9.08 or any other mutually agreed decision-making procedure. (e) Employees are not held on hold for more than seven (7) twenty-four (twenty-four) consecutive hours. Unless agreed, workers are programmed freely for at least two (2) consecutive hours after the seven (7) days expire. Local agreements that respect flexible working hours generally take into account the following issues: basic hours, the earliest and earliest possible departure and end times, minimum and maximum hours for food breaks, the duration of the local agreement. 11.

If a contract supplement is deemed appropriate, either by mutual agreement between the parties or as part of the adjudication procedure, the effective date of the contract supplement is considered to be the same date on which SAHO PMSRC made its decision #3 of this agreement. If one of the guardianship members or the employer does not make the deadline, the union has the right to proceed to the next step. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended by mutual agreement. The Saskatchewan Union of Nurses (SUN) and the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations (SAHO) have reached an interim agreement.
